Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of placing your order. 

• Products returned will be at your expense: Once received, we will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment, less the original shipping fee. A refund email will be issued, and it may take several days before the credit company will credit your card. 
• Returned item must be: Unused and in original packaging.

  Returns Procedure:

• For unwanted items: Simply print out the returns form below and include with goods being returned.   
• For Damaged Items: Contact: customerservice@bluestarcoffee.eu 

⚠️ If returning goods outside the EU - ensure goods are marked Gift or No Value. (Otherwise, you will be liable for any customs or taxes imposed by the EU.) - see CN22 form below

• When we receive the parcel, it will be examined, and a refund will be issued, for any unused and undamaged items that are suitable for resale.
• Ensure goods are in original packaging and packed well to avoid damage.
• Returned items should include tracking in case they are lost or delayed.
